Construction Phase Plan (CPP)

Our highly qualified and experienced consultants will prepare a Construction Phase Plan (CPP) bespoke to your project.
The CPP is the responsibility of the project’s principal contractor.
Additionally, if your work is classed as construction work (any work involving building, demolition, renovation, maintenance or repair of a structure), you will need to ensure you have a CPP BEFORE the work commences.
Furthermore, a CPP is required for domestic premises.
