This course provides organisations the required information and training to understand more about the risks associated with manual handling. Firstly, you will learn how to undergo risk assessments. Then, you will learn about practical guidance on risk reduction through management of loads, and lastly, you will learn all about appropriate lifting techniques to ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.

Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace
Poor Mental Health accounts for almost 13% of all sickness absence days in the UK.
At Minerva Health and safety, we are pleased to announce we are running Mental Health Awareness courses. In this course, we aim to give learners a basic knowledge of common mental health issues. Learners will be taught how to support someone who may be experiencing mental health issues, as well as techniques on how to maintain their own mental health. Above all, we aim is to challenge the stigma that surrounds mental health.
